Question / Help Lag in OBS recording tutorial videos while writing on screen

I am a teacher and use OBS for recording my tutorial videos. I use my laptop Lenovo Yoga 710 model (WINDOWS 10) for recording the videos. The duration of the video goes for 3 hrs. My problem is that when I write in the microsoft onenote (writing pad in laptop) while recording, the video lags and it stops several times. However, the video runs perfect when I am giving lecture (without writing). It is the writing that creates a lag in it.

My current OBS settings
Under OUTPUT
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 2500
Keyframe Interval: 0
CPU Usage - Fast

Under Video
Base Resolution: 1920*1080
Output Resolution: 1280*720
Downscale filter: Bicubic (Sharpened scaling)
Common FPS values: 30

Sincerely request to help me in this as my students are sufferring a lot. Do let me know in case you require further information for settings. (Log file attached)
