Question / Help lag in my stream.. [fixed]

hey everyone!
i recently started streaming, and i always have little lagspikes in my stream, my friends keep telling me it wont go away even if i put the bitrate down to like a 1000.
now i got like 29mb download and 25mb upload,

my computer specs:
Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
16384MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
37"inch samsung led TV as my monitor,

i tried streaming, 720p but still the little lagspikes are always there
Also i tried various settings in OBS, still no succes!

if someone knows what im doing wrong, please help me out!

well here is a log file of the stream at 1500bitrate and it still gives stutters in the stream.. i really dont know whats wrong, i took it trough the log tool, no errors, and tried the other tool for settings, and everything is allright.

so if anyone can help me!

Based on the log file there was nothing wrong with your stream, which means the stuttering was probably caused by your not being able to get 1500 Kbps from Twitch. Go back and watch your recording/VOD (let it buffer a bit first) - if it looks okay then the stream was okay too.

ok so i recorded a bit, and i watched it back, and still the stutter is there, i put it at 3000bitrate but according to my internet speed and the settings tool, i should be able to handle that.. so im lost again -_-'

Could you post the log for the new video you recorded? A link to the VOD would also be good if you were streaming it.

The log file is clean and I don't see any stutter in that video. It sounds like this might be a playback issue on your end.
