Question / Help Lag in game

I have been streaming all week playing League of Legends and have had no issues at native 1920x1080 30fps. I recently started to lag randomly and it it makes for difficult game play. I've lowered the game settings all the way to low and still don't achieve 144 fps, or even 60 for that matter. I changed various things on OBS to make up for the fact and nothing has worked thus far. The only thing I can think of is a windows update that happened the night prior, but I can't imagine it haven't that big of an impact. I've tried running in administrator and restarting my computer several times.

Update to 21.1.2, the auto updater is broken so you'll need to redownload from www.obsproject.com , it fixes it. Make sure to delete the old game capture source once its finished updating.

Fixed an issue with the new 2018 Windows 10 release (1803) that would cause game capture to perform poorly on Direct3D 9.0c games.
