Question / Help Lag in game while recording (not streaming)

Hi, I've some issues with OBS. I've about 90 FPS in game while recording but my game is really jerky. I noticed that sometimes, after somes alt+tab, the FPS in game stabilize at 60 and I've no more lag.
Here are the settings of my OBS (I've tried many different without results) :
