Question / Help Lag in game, almost fix it, need some tips.

Hello everyone guys,
I starting streaming like 2 days and i had alot of problem because everytime i stream i've really hard lag in game.
Now with the help of this forum and of OBS Estimator i almost fix it, but i have another little bit of lag, how can i fix it?

I really don't understand what i need to change for don't have lag in game, FPS? Bitrate? Please help me.
I play at Archeblade is MMO Fast Action game and i CAN'T lag for play!

Network lag or low FPS? To get rid of network lag you would have to lower your bitrate, you could also try the Minimize Network Impact but I can't seem to find that option anymore so I guess Jim removed it. If your ingame FPS is low then there are 3 settings you can change, stream FPS, stream resolution and the stream preset. All of them except Minimize Network Impact affect quality in some way.

Thanks for the help, i've network lag so how much i need to lower my bitrate? isn't too much lag for real, how muchpoint u think i can loewr?
