Bug Report Lag in every windows 10 menus

I just installed OBS on my brand new computer, but unfortunaly when I try to stream or something else with OBS, all my windows 10 menus lags, my mouse is going slow and all my apps lags. So if someone have the same or have a solution please tell me.
