Question / Help Lag ig when stream

Hi, I tried to stream World of warcraft with OBS but when I stream my latence in game is 150 MS +
My speedtest is : http://www.speedtest.net/result/3460887653.png
And my OBS config is :
CBR enable
Bitrate : 578
Buffer : 346
Audio : 48
Server : Paris
Resolution : 450 p
FPS : 25
CPU : Fast
My setup in game is low

And no lost frame.
What can i do ???

Try 'minimize network impact' in broadcast settings. If that's not it, then please give us a log file if possible.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. If enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

Also, if you can avoid streaming over wireless,that could help.

My friends who have the same connection does not lag in games, it is for his I not understand too.
