Question / Help LAG HELP!

So i've been fiddling around with OBS trying to get a nice clean stream going of League of Legends, but no matter what I try it still seems to be a little laggy. Before I go trying to find out what it is that is the problem I thought I would maybe ask you guys what you may thing my problem might be.

I currently have my OBS running at 1500 max bitrate, with 1500 buffer size, using cbr and cfr, with a 1440 by 900 ratio, any ideas of what it might be? THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP!

Your upload is on the low-side, that will probably be the cause of the lag.
Also in the future no one likes reading a post with a stream of capital letters in it, keep if formatted nicely and it will make it easier to read.

My suggestion would be to make sure you are selecting the closest server and shutting down all other applications using the internet apart from LoL and OBS.
You may want to fit LoL to screen in OBS, so that the stream does not have black boxes around it.

Is this lag as in you get high Ping during LoL or lag as in the stream is choppy/pixelated? You are going to be bottlenecked by your upload speed for sure. Consider doing 480p/25fps
