Question / Help Lag/Freezing/Stuttering of Twitch Stream on Very High End PC

My Specs are GTX 1080Ti, I7-4790K, 16GB DDR3 2133. I try to stream in 1080p60fps (Ive even tried 720p30fps) but my stream just stutters if it is not exactly 60 fps. I have tried limiting fps to 60, it works perfect. I would like to play above 60 fps while I stream though. Any ideas?
