Question / Help Lag/Fps drop

I got a issue on while im doing twitching,using obs.i tried so many methos but still im trapped on same issue. my internet connection is 150mbps download and 10-12mbps upload.
PC spec
I7 4820k
32Gb ram
2* Gtx titan SLI
