Question / Help Lag for local recording? :(

Please help. I tried recording locally. When I watch it in VLC, it lags. I'm not a techy person.. please help.

Not entirely sure. Your resolution is a bit high, and your bitrate is really low. You could always try some downscale. For local recording, I would recommend something like 5000 bitrate.

You only mention the local recording, yet you're streaming to Twitch. Are you intending to do both?
