Question / Help Lag during Dead by Daylight stream

Hey there (:
I'm totally new to streaming so I have no idea what settings are best to use with my pc. I've been playing around with it and found something that worked for League of Legends. However, today was my first stream of Dead By Daylight. In-game I had no lag at all, but the stream got very choppy every now and then. Can someone help me figure out what is causing it and how I can make it better?
