Lag between Audio and Video While Rec on OBS

I tried checking out many Youtube videos to understand why there is a latency between the Video and Audio while I am using OBS to either record or stream. I tried the below steps to overcome this, but there was no impact on the performance.

1. Reduced the Bitrate
2. Changed the Sync Offset of the Mic to match the video
3. Tried various combinations of Video and Audio encoders

Is there any permanent fix for this latency?

I am using Canon DSLR as a Camera and M-Audio as an Audio Interface.

My question is, is there any permanent fix for this? Are there any settings that can resolve this issue? Is there any tool that I can use to sync my Audio and Video?

Any help would be great.
