Question / Help Lag before even recording.

I just installed obs. It works, but as soon as i lounch it, even before recording, huge lag hits the game. There are missing frames. I have a really good pc and i have some experiance with recording but i have no idea why this is happening.
If obs is open game lags close it and its smoothe again.
Can anyone help.

Jep it is the same. I open and thats it. I have no clue. I would like to put obs on my Igpu but chousing isnt alowed on Desktops. But thanks alot.

I could try this but i dont have a v sync monitor and wont it lock my games at 60 or i have to manualy switch them?
