I mean while I'm playing the game it seems to slow down, not on the video. It makes my current game a little laggy but I keep having 60 fps thats why I dont know what is wrong if its the gpu, the cpu or the config. Thanks you.

Try switching the encoder to Nvidia NVENC, and recording a game like that. If the issue stops, then it's likely the CPU being overused.

Hmm what capture method? And why no cbr? Bitrate could spike and cause cpu burden?

Still have the same problem. I've tried to record tomb raider, everything went perfect. I've noticed that lol only uses 50% of my CPU and GPU while tomb raider was using 90-100%. Futhermore I asked a friend with the same msi laptop as mine but with a 770M instead of 780M graphic card and a 4700mq instead of 4800mq CPU and he told me that he havent had any issues. I just cant undestand why with a better laptop I'm having worse results... Please help.

"I'm using game capture mode".

I believe that it's not because of the quality I tried lowering it and the result is the same.
