Question / Help Lag and freeze im mad

Hello boyz.
Just want to stream on twitch my lol games.
The problem i have atm are 2:
-Lag when i play lol game (i got 320ms, when normally i have 40ms)
-Lag and freezes on the stream.

What about i can fix this??
My pc specs
GPU GTX 960 , 8 GB RAM, CPU I5 4460, ASUS Z97 MOTHERBOARD
My internet speed is
6ms ping
10MB down
1MB UP

help me plz :DDD or tell me a perfect configuration for my ie connection. Im getting mad.

1 mb/s up or 1 mB/s up? If bits your speed isn't fast enough.. If bytes then something else is wrong.

Your post says that you're trying to stream but your log and your settings show that you're recording. Which is it?

Also, your OBS version is out of date. And you should try OBS Studio.
