Bug Report Label sometimes displays [!]

Hi,
I am using a label with a textfile as a source and Snip as program which writes my currently playing Spotify song into that file. It is mostly working fine but sometimes when the Snip changes the text the label shows "[!]" instead of the text in the file (there is no [!] written in the file). I think it is a bug in OBS. You can see it in the following VOD right at the end:

it does support unicode, the text file needs to just be in UTF-8
