Question / Help Kona 3g input configuration?

Hello, I have on the pc a video acquisition card Kona 3g sdi.

I can not display in video capture input kona.

The only way is to install aja directshow and there I see the perimeter but no immage (black screen.)

Can someone help me? and can be give me a screenshot of the video config in the obs? and can be also in the controlpannel aja?
