Question / Help Kinda rushed.. looking for some general help on a few questions.

Im trying to set up my green screen and i realized there isnt any way to do any spill reduction which is CRITICAL for me seeing how my office is completely damn white and despite my lighting i cant help but end up with alot of reflected green light.

what can i do to fix this? TTnTT
Is there no option but to go back to old OBS classic?

On your Webcam Source, right click choose Filters, In Effect Filters choose Add and pick Chroma Key. Settings in there include Similarity, Smoothness and Key Color Spill Reduction.

well damn thats the fastest forum reply in existence :p.. but no i know that what i was saying is i added in my chroma (not colour) key filter.. but.. theres no spill slider for some reason.

i tried updating.. then it wouldnt stoped crashing.. so i went back to .15.. and now it works.. but still.. no slider for spill. just Similarity and smoothness.. like.. am i missing something here? O_o .. bad install.. like .. i just dont get it.. i changed over for many reasons and i REALLLLY dont wana have to go back

Nope i was adding Chroma..turns out it was a bad install some how.. O_o.. weird bug.. anyways.. i uninstalled completely rebooted and reinstalled and now its working fine... well.. what ever.. working now

but thanks for trying to help me out guys i real appreciate it... nice to know its a community that gives instead of just taking

Actually since u you guys know studio way better then i do obviously .. ( i just upgraded like an hour ago :p )

is there any way to do colour overlays that only affect certain colours? like so in my filter stack i can make it so that it applies "X" colour correction to any colours within the blues spectrum?

It's not easy under current build of the Studio (I think many things still under development). But you can try to use 'Image Mask/Blend' filter -> Blend (Subtraction) option, and set input the file (at least 1x1 size) with solid color you want to reduce (make less intense in your output). Start from clear and dark colors (for subtraction sample) as R0 G50 B0 (dark green) or R0 G0 B50 (dark blue) or even darker to see the difference (Dark Blue color - to reduce Blue color for example). It's hard to control (by creating and importing new image to the filter), but you know...

Color : defines color tint of the image. Shows color of the background in the hexadecimal format – #AARRGGBB.

Brief info about all filters in OBS Studio Help Guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ware-studio-multiplatform-help-guide-pdf.365/

As for Alpha channel - this is option from standard pickup dialog window :) in the current build it do nothing. The filter has it's own Opacity option (0...100%). For color correction simply use light colors.
