Keyframe interval NVENC twitch always becomes 2. I have tried Xaymar encoder but it's laggy during reconnecting process due to internet lags.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Twitch recommends a keyframe of 2 seconds, so you'll need to disable service setting enforcement to change this. Not sure why you'd want to though.
 
You can set your recording encoder to different settings, which you probably want anyway as recording at Twitch bitrates won't look great.
