Bug Report Keyframe interval cannot be set to 0 (QuickSync)

Hello, in OBS 24.0.3 (64-bit, windows)
Encoder = QuickSync H.264

In "Keyframe Interval (seconds, 0=auto)", I cannot set 0.

If I use the arrows on the right it only goes down to 1.
If I type 0 in the field, it automatically goes back to the previous value upon clicking outside of the field. Is this behaviour normal?

Update: the exact same issue happens on a completely different computer so there's definitely a bug in OBS.

Second computer = OBS Studio 25.0.8 (64-bit), Windows 10 64-bit Build 19041 (version 2004 / May 2020 update) with Intel Core i9 10900K

First computer (mentioned in original post) = Windows 7 64-bit with Intel Core i7 3770K
