Question / Help Keyboard stops working...

While streaming and playing World of Tanks my keyboard is unresponsive after closing Streamlabs Obs. I am unable to press any key even in a different window. I usually have to restart my computer which is really annoying.
 
I have the same problem. The keyboard still lit up but non of the keys were able to press. I still can't figured out why
