I'm not sure when this happened, I know it happened after I got Sea of Thieves sometime after March 20th 2018. The issue is when my GPU (GTX 1080) hits right about 94% usage my keypresses will lag. Rapidly pressing keys some will get registered some not. The keys will either be delayed or stay pressed or a combination of. I have tested this with OBS Studio 21.1.2 and OBS Beta 0.659b. The problem occurs whether I'm streaming or viewing a preview. The problem is not affected by Vsync, capture type (monitor, window, game capture), whether it is full screen or windowed, nor even whether I use NVENC/Quick Sync/x264 encoding. I have also tried setting different affinity and CPU priorities for both my games and OBS, no luck.
You have my OBS version above. Before I updated my GPU drivers it was really bad, after updating it still happens but is tolerable enough now. The driver version is 398.11. I have Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134 Build 17134. i7-6700k 16gb ram.
