I recently updated to v28.
After that in my recordings i get really heavy stuttering/frame drops on Keyboard inputs. Especially spamming them seems to cause this.
Spamming Interact or Using Scroll wheel W inputs for tap-strafing in Apex.
But its not exclusive to the spam.
I start in admin mode. I disabled shadowplay. I use game capture. I disabled Look ahead and Psycho Tuning. I put other sources in other scenes on Shutdown when not visible. Nothing changed.
And this only started happening recently. No hardware was changed.
I downgraded to v27 and its still happening
