kernelbase.dll help

I'm looking for recommendations of what to use to update/ fix kernelbase and I wouldn't know what site to trust. I have checked my drivers to and found they are up to date and just wondering what input I can get.

This crash is actually in the quicksync modules because your intel igpu drivers are out of date in spite of your own checking.

You need to update your Intel video driver. You have 2 ways you can do this:

1. Update using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, available at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
2. Update by selecting the appropriate driver for your OS and GPU, at this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

Always reboot your PC once your drivers are updated, even if you are not prompted to.
