kernelbase.dll crash for OBS 28 & 29 with AMD

OBS used to work on version 27...
I might be missing something specific for AMD

The crash is caused by the streamfx plugin.
Upodate it or completelly remove it. Also, contact the creator / maintainer of the plugin so it can be looked up.

This has already been fixed a while ago. It's one of many scene collection corruptions that happens on the pre-releases.
