Question / Help Keep getting frame drops only about 1-2% but cant figure out why any help would be amazing more

so basically i keep getting frame drops but cant figure out why, ive spent the last day looking on google but cant find anything to my issue. i also notice that my kbp/s also randomly dip down to below 500 every now and then.

i can also post my specs if needed too but im sure they should be enough to handle just streaming
any help would be amazing cause right now i just want to rip out my hair thank you

the bitrate in the log is wrong aswell ive been using around 2500

You'll have to nag your ISP for this one. They may say the Internet is fine though like when I had this situation before, but keep nagging them.
