Keep getting Dropped frames (Network) when above 4000Kbps

Attached are 4 logs of different settings.
I Used NDI over wired connection (1st was wireless and was a total mess)
kept getting Dropped Frames (Network) and it may appear as like this on the log:
dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls

This will occur both when trying to stream to YouTube or Twitch.
my general connection speed is: 1000 Mbps / 100 Mbps
this will occur over different computers with or without NDI.

my router is Linksys WRT3200, updated and configured, port 1935 is forwarded and open.

the stream will work fine with "Dynamic Bitrate Change" mode on, but obviously will drop bitrate heavily towards the 3500~4000 Kbps area.

what can/should I check in order to spot the issue.
thank you for your time.

You should not do that. Port forwarding is not needed.

Your twitch Bandwidth Test result shows you already that there is a problem with your network because it should like like this with a 1000/100 Connection

How is your local setup? Are you connected directly to the router of the ISP?

Thanks for the reply
Since it's a fiber optic connection I use a d-link optical to rj converter.
Actually I talked to the isp today, they found something and we will look into it this Wednesday.

I'll update since this thing is so annoying since the actual speeds I get are completely fine. Usually around 900mbps down and above 100mbps up.

Very odd.
