Keep Dock windows visible even when OBS is not in focus

As of today on MacOS when the OBS application is no longer in focus, the popped out chat dock disappears. This means if I am Live Streaming and using another piece of software while doing so, I cannot see the Twitch chat dock window. It would be nice if this dock would remain visible even when using other software.
