Bug Report Keep Crashing

Hello, I've recently taken up streaming, on Twitch, and i use obs, which imo is a great piece of software, but i cannot use it anymore. It Keeps crashing and its been awful, this is the crash log i get it when it happens: C:\Users\Barry\AppData\Roaming\OBS\crashDumps\OBSCrashLog2016-06-19_18.txt

If you know anyway to fix this , please post in this forum, thank you very much!
