I have been stream from almost a year now and recently my stream has been having this issue of fluctuating kbs. So much so that yesterday it would rise almost double my set kbs then drop to 0 for almost a minute. Sometimes it as not as violent and it will only rise a few hundred then go back to normal. This issue has just started to occur, besides some OBS setting I have not made any changes to my setup, also I do use Restream.IO as my first thoughts is it must just be the servers having issues but I cannot fins any evidence of this. I will post some logs of the last few days if any one could help I would greatly appreciate it.
