When ever i stream my kbs never seem to stay stable and makes me drop frames my upload is 10 and my download is 100 my cousin as half that and he can stream perfectly with no problem and it stays stable mines does not it goes from 3000 to 200 then 100 then up again and it makes me drop frames i have done everything nothing works please help
