kb/s dropping to zero out of nowhere while streaming on Twitch, viewers finding out stream is dead before I do, and weird screen tearing

I've been streaming since summer and had no issues until around November, however it was an overall internet issue at the time that we had resolved around December. The only issue that continued was OBS disconnecting in the middle of my stream as well as occasional screen tearing. My download speed is around 300 mb/s and my upload speed is usually between 8 and 12 mb/s. It doesn't seem to have any pattern as it has previously gone hours without disconnects and has also disconnected within only ten seconds of starting or reconnecting. The screentearing also only appears to my viewers and doesn't appear on OBS. I've streamed Steam games, Switch games using an Elgato, as well as watching the recent Nintendo Direct, and the issues still pop up. Hopefully this is an issue that's been seen before.

I know the 1536x864 and I444 I set that way to see if changing them worked and I know they didn't help or change anything, but I will try the other suggestions.

It sadly didn't fix the disconnect issue. I'm just doing bandwidth tests for now so I can't check for the screen tearing as of yet.

I don't use any VPN and I was able to update my ethernet driver, but now OBS says "failed to connect to server" when I try to do a bandwidth test.
