Question / Help Kb/s drop while streaming.

Hello . I was hoping that somebody can help me. I have tried to set up my stream and have been some difficulties with it.
Everything is fine until i start the game. I tried stream at different Bitrates but as soon as i start the game my kb/s goes to 0-1000kb/s. But if i am just streaming the obs /desktop/my cam everything is as stable as it could be.

I have tried everything and only option left there is problem with my network.Speedtestst show me for download 25mb and upload about 7/8 mb. And i already got that the speedtest doesnt show anything really important.

So should i just try to contact my ISP . Not really sure what to tell them. But can anyone else confirm that this is purely network realted matter.

Paris, stockholm or vienna should be the servers you should be using.

Your above log doesn't show a streaming attempt.

Yeah i have tried all 3 of these servers with no luck. I ll run stream for 5 minutes and i will upload new log.

Here is new log . Seems like my internet is just really unstable. It jumps all around 0 to 3500 kb/s when bitrate is 3000.

Gaming mode in antivirus/firewall could cause the issue too, as could bad settings in the router.

Yeah the problem may be in my router . but i am really not sure about what i should change or look in the router settings.
