Question / Help kb/s 0 while streaming

I really don't know what to do but my obs is bugged and won't output anything it was working yesterday and now nothing
 
Yeah I've been havinh this same problem too! Last month it was workiwo great, streamed for 4 hours almost every day and no problems. Middle of February, my OBS would start saying "Disconnected, Reconnecting" or it would say "0K/bs" after 1 hour and a half of streaming. Last night I was streaming Resident Evil Revelations, and I already knew after 1 hour and 30 mins it stopped!! It's so annoying!! I've tried everything, uninstalled obs, reset twitch key, different server, etc. Honestly have no clue what to do!!
