I've been using OBS now for 9 or 10 years. I livestream two, two-hour shows each week, and other special events from time to time, at 1080/30 or /60. OBS runs on an M1 Mac Studio with inputs from three cameras, a M1 Mac mini running a keynote with images and videos, a MacBook Pro running Zoom for remote guests. All audio is routed through a Rodecaster Pro II then into OBS on the MacStudio. I use the OBS multiview with 18 scenes, and use a mouse to change scenes (by clicking on the multiview). The Mac Studio outputs to four displays. I host and switch the show, run the RCP, and advance the Keynote slides myself.

The MacStudio has a gigabit ethernet connection to Comcast/Xfinity, and I use Restream to co-stream the show to several YT and FB channels.

Today was show #951. I check the OBS stats after each show, and lately we've been getting 0 Dropped Frames (Network), 2 frames missed due to rendering lag, and 0 skipped frames due to encoding lag.

I've never had bad Stats, but lately they have been exceptional per the above. I attribute some of this to switching the Renderer from OpenGL to Metal.

Bottom line, I just want to say a sincere thanks to all of you involved in the OBS project. You're doing an amazing job — and great service to the community.
