Just updated OBS and now it won't open and crashes with this error

I can open it if I run as admin, but not otherwise (which I used to be able to do) - just wondering if anyone has experienced this issue with the new version?

(I've uploaded a log file with this but it's not currently showing up for me - hoping that's just on my end)

Make sure all your plugins are up to date Same with your drivers
Can't say much else with out an OBS log or Crash Log

Would the program not crash when run as admin also if it were a plugin issue?
