I just installed OBS Studio and I when I try to open the program I get a pop up saying ''Failed to initialise video, Unknown error''

How do I fix this

Your system does not meet the minimum requirements to run OBS. A DX10.1-capable GPU is needed. Even if it did launch, the rest of your hardware is too underpowered to do much of anything with the program.
