Just got an high end MSI Laptop and recording is very laggy

Hey! I just purchased a High end Laptop and the recording is very laggy. This is strange because recording with my previous mid range $850 laptop was just fine.
I've tried numerous recording softwares in the past few days but everything turns out horrible. Now I've settled on OBS since it provides a log, but I can't figure out what the issue is so I'm hoping one of you could help me. The Laptop I'm using is the MSI Stealth 16 Studio which should have sufficient specs to easily record in 60fps 1080p and even higher. I'm very lost at this point and am thinking it might be a hardware issue with the computer itself?? But I'm hoping that's not the case since college is starting soon and it's gonna be annoying to have to send it back etc... in such a small timeframe.

Always use the analyzer first and follow directions and recommendations:

Analyzer | OBS

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.

I tried recording again and this is the new log. The video is still very choppy. I tried recording with vsync, 140fps cap, 60fps cap and it's all still laggy. I also tried streaming my gameplay to my phone via Discord, and the stream is very smooth. Basically as smooth as a 60fps stream gets. So there must be an issue when the video is rendered? My graphics drivers are up to date so I'm still pretty lost here. Only thing I can think of is downgrading to windows 10, maybe it's a win11 issue but I doubt that?
