June 2023 Status of M1 or M2 Mac support?

What is the current stability for installing the latest OBS versions for M1 or M2 Macs? What it the latest version I should look for that is stable?

OBS itself is fine, and has been for several versions. Plugins may be an issue if they've not been updated to Apple Silicon.
