Bug Report Jumpy on stream after reboot

I downloaded and installed OpenBroadCastSoftware on my windows 8 machine.
After some tweaking it ran GREAT!

What I finally ended up using:
Base Resolution: 1920x1080
Quality Balance: 4
Max bitrate: 3000
Buffer Size: 6000
Game: Minecraft - Feed the Beast - with Optifine

The stream quality was easily double the software I had previoulsy used, and the main reason I was switching was I could play minecraft at 60fps with OBS, but only 15fps with the old software. The only weird thing is I had to use game capture. Screen capture was always black. But game capture worked great! I created Screen Capture as a global source per the recomendation of the text on screen.

This was all on a test twitch account. After I got everything perfect I decided to reboot my machine just to make sure all of my system resources were as free as possible. Then I started streaming on my real account. Unfortuntly what happened after that wasn't so awesome. What viewers saw (including myself) was a high resolution video that would play normal speed for 2-3 seconds, then pause for 3-5 seconds, then play super fast for 1 sec, then repeat.

I restarted OBS with no luck. I tried to delete and recreate the global source. But OBS crashes when I attempt to delete it. (Crash log at the end of my post). I tried to uninstall and reinstall OBS, but it wasn't a clean uninstall because it is remembering my streams. I uninstalled again and I deleted the program files\OBS directory, and installed. But it still remembers my old stream configuration and still crashes when I try to remove them.

So my questions are: Is the jumpy video (pause and catch up over and over) a known issue with a known work around? and How do I uninstall OBS completly?

I really want to get back to what I had when I first installed. I really don't like the old software.

Thanks,
Josh.

seems like some data may have been corrupted somehow or something. what you could try I suppose is deleting %appdata%\obs\scenes.xconfig to completely reset your scene data if it persists.

don't know about the jumpy video though, I'd have to see it specifically.
