Jittery/robotic sound during livestream to Youtube

Hi Everyone!

I've been running a 24/7 Video Game Music livestream for a long time.
We've had a new bot developed for us which enables people to request music from a Foobar2000 playlist.

Since the beginning, we've always had a moment once a week where the sound would start to get jittery/robotic, it would last about 30 minutes and then go back to normal.

Recently this has increased to a couple of times an hour, but the duration is shorter, a few minutes.

I've done the following tests:

- This sound problem only occurs on the livestream, when listening to Foobar2000 locally, it sounds fine.
- I've made sure to set the sample rate of both my PC and OBS to 44khz. (This has been set to 48khz and back to test)
- I've disabled all audio sources except the one I'm using in OBS.
- I am using Application Audio Output Capture to capture Foobar2000, for audio.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful.

The radio can be found here:

Thanks,

I would like to add that during the timeframe the sound gets distorted, no problems are detected by OBS. No FPS drops or lag, nothing.

I've also installed a new sound driver.
Issue still remains, albeit less frequent.
It appears to now start slowly and become worse more gradually.
