Question / Help Jittery recordings

Ive started using OBS over shadowplay for the better customization and ive learned to get decent streams but my recordings are another story. I have gotten it to the point where it does have this warp effect to the movement in the recordings but it looks like it is constantly at 20 fps. Help?

From all of your recording attempts:

You are overloading your GPU. Make sure you're capping FPS in the game.

Also, you should be using Simple output mode with the recording presets. Your recording settings are pretty awful.
