Hello OBS team. I apologize in advance if my issue is merely that of an under-powered system. I recently tried to use OBS to make a single local recording. I played with the settings endlessly, resulting consistently in an unusable recording. The product would have a solid audio feed with video that skips and freezes. I have lowered all the settings significantly, prioritized OBS, and lowered the graphic settings of my game, without any effect. If I saw any improvement at all then I would have kept up with it but I am stumped.
I used to stream with OBS and I did so in 720p at 30 fps with webcam seamlessly. Again forgive me if all of that was made possible simply on account of my internet; but I believe that my system should be able to process this one recording I am trying to make.
