Hello , i try all nothing help.
I set 60hz from 75hz.I lock 60fps in amd drivers i try lock in game = same result.I try make custom recolution with CRU 59.94 / 60 hz etc.I try all nothing help anyway micro stutters , micro lags etc.How fix i dont know :(

On video 00:8-00:10 sec = 2 sec jitter / stutter then again normal and all time 2 sec jittering , microlag , stuttering.
No encoder lag no rendering lag nothing in obs all fine.

p.s. maby in bios need set something up.My head burns .. .
