I have been getting good quality while recording FLV's but can't seem to fix this Jaggy cursor. I have tried disabling Aero but it makes no difference.

don't disable aero. do you use windowed mode? if so, enable point filtering

otherwise, post your logfile

Are you capturing your primary monitor or secondary monitor? Base resolution is 1920x1080 but the primary runs at 1920x1200, resizing in OBS could cause this.

I was trying to record my secondary monitor at full resolution (1920 X 1080). Played around with that setting a bit but it doesn't seem to fix the jagged cursor if I change the resolution or record the primary monitor.

Point filtering isn't going to do anything if you aren't upscaling. It's an option in window and monitor capture, and best suited to content that's 1) small and needs to be enlarged, and 2) has very clearly defined pixels/edges, like an old DOS or console game that runs at a low res.

What is your end goal with this video that the edge of the mouse cursor in a single enlarged frame is so important?

double click on the monitor capture then click point filtering

Thanks - tried Point filtering but still getting the same problem with the cursor

Just seems odd that I can get perfectly clear video and audio with recording a screencast, but there is a distracting jagged arrow as my cursor. Probably can live with it, but just seeing if it was a quick fix.
