don't disable aero. do you use windowed mode? if so, enable point filteringI have been getting good quality while recording FLV's but can't seem to fix this Jaggy cursor. I have tried disabling Aero but it makes no difference.

Point filtering isn't going to do anything if you aren't upscaling. It's an option in window and monitor capture, and best suited to content that's 1) small and needs to be enlarged, and 2) has very clearly defined pixels/edges, like an old DOS or console game that runs at a low res.
What is your end goal with this video that the edge of the mouse cursor in a single enlarged frame is so important?
