Question / Help Ive tried so many different settings

As the title says, ive tried so many different settings while my gameplay still is pixelated. I have good specs, so i have no clue why (Just upgraded my cpu aswell).

Ill first tell you my specs, then my obs settings (Praying for some help, would be appriciated)
CPU = Kaby lake i7 - 7700k //Water cooling aswell so my temps never go above 35 ish
GPU = ASUS 1060 6gb
alot of fans
16gb ram , corsair
NETWORK = 10 ping, 60 download, 20 upload - stable

Now ill tell you the twitch settings im currently using
Encoding - x264 with cbr enabling cbr padding and custom buffer size.. Max bitrate 2500 and buffer size 2500 ... 256 stereo
Video - 1920 x 1080 downscaled to 1.50 Lanczos 60 fps
Advanced - Use multithread = checked ... Process priority class = normal ... Scene buffering = 400.... modifiers = checked
Video in advanced - x264 Preset = Superfast ... Encoding profile = main .. Keyframe I = 2 .... Use CFR

Just switched to obs studio, is that a factor of making the stream better?

Definitely. Studio is updated and maintained, whereas Classic is bound to have plenty of bugs and other performance issues that will never be fixed.

That said, 2500 bitrate is not really enough for 720p 60fps. You're going to need to knock that down to 30 or up your bitrate to 3500.
