Hi, I've searched online to find a way to raise my fps and get a clean stream going but I can't find the results. Can someone tell me if it's my specs?

I have windows 7
AMD FX(tm) -4130 Quad-Core Processor 3.8 GHz
8GB RAM
Nvidia GT 630
DL/UL: 60MBps/6.8MBps

Broadcasting on:
1280x720 (no downsize)
FPS: 25
Disable Aero
CBR: checked
Max Bitrate: 2500
Bitrate: 128
