I've been having recording lag for some reason?

I set my obs to indistinguishable quality 1920x1080p 60fps I tried to run obs as admin it helped a bit never had this issue I also uninstalled geforce experience which helped a ton all I have left is a bit of encoding lag which I still want to get rid of.

Computer: HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF
Specs:
Intel i5 3470
8GB DDR3 Duel Channel
Gigabyte GT 1030 GDDR5 pascal based.
Windows 11 Professional
 
I have been having this issue too, in the output tab right down to your bitrate you have something like quality, but I curently can't acces my computer so sorry if Im wrong so you can select in the option: Max quality, Quality, Performance, Max performance ect. Try selecting a lower option and testing that if that doesnt work you can try setting obs as a high priority application. You can search it up how to do it,
I think there is an issue with low ram sooooooooooo yeah
