Question / Help I've 7790 (VCE) And Upload 2mb should use OBSVCE or OBS-Studio?

Now i've a AMD 7790 and Upload 2mb for game streaming and i dont know how to setting about streaming with Youtube Gaming and Blah blah blah
please suggest me..

last time i've setting 360p and 800kb 30fps stream with Twitch it's Very bad pixeld. Why?

obs studio is better, obsvce only obs classic add vce, studio have vce endec, and studio is better than classic.

about video quality, you must test by yourself. because I have not AMD card with VCE, and classic QSV is better than studio, but studio NVENC is better and better than classic NVENC.

so the quality must be test by yourself !

maybe VCE loss endec is too bad, my netfriend used 480X, he is not like vce. but he like fludi motion.
